Like many similar shelf-stable beverages, we use Tetra Pak cartons created to keep beverages preserved for long periods of time without refrigeration. This means we can distribute these products without the cost and environmental impact of refrigeration. The ingredient formulation in the shelf-stable and refrigerated sesamemilks are the same.
